At Zygology, we try to make dealing with us as simple as possible. We accept all major debit and credit cards (except American Express or PayPal).
We aim to pack and despatch all ex-stock orders before 3pm on the day of your order. Orders placed after 3pm may be despatched the following day.All customer orders are sent via UPS and will usually be delivered to most UK locations the following working day. Specific postcodes in Scotland can take an extra day to arrive. Get in touch for more details.

We have a trade counter, generally open during our standard opening hours if you would like to collect goods in person from our head office in Thame, Oxfordshire.Â

Our upload tool allows orders of any size to be placed in your cart by simply uploading a spreadsheet.Â
This tool is quick and easy to use and saves plenty of time. Your items can be viewed, edited or deleted before you order.
Orders can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, as long as the goods are in perfect condition with intact packaging. Orders will be subject to inspection upon return.Â
