How can I pay for my order?


At Zygology, we try to make dealing with us as simple as possible. We accept all major debit and credit cards (except American Express or PayPal).

If you would like to set up regular orders, apply here for a credit account. We try to process applications and open credit accounts within 24 hours.


How quickly should I expect my order?


We aim to pack and despatch all ex-stock orders before 3pm on the day of your order. Orders placed after 3pm may be despatched the following day.

All customer orders are sent via UPS and will usually be delivered to most UK locations the following working day. Specific postcodes in Scotland can take an extra day to arrive. Get in touch for more details.

What are your delivery charges?


Orders are sent by UPS next-day courier service. 

Our standard UK charges are:

  • £6 for orders under £25

  • £12.50 for orders between £25 and £60

  • Free delivery for orders over £60

Timed, weekend and overseas deliveries are also available, subject to special quotation.


Can I visit or collect goods?


We have a trade counter, generally open during our standard opening hours if you would like to collect goods in person from our head office in Thame, Oxfordshire. 

If you would like to visit us to discuss an application or show us a sample, we are happy to assist. Please call in advance so that we can ensure someone is available to assist you. Our number is 0808 123 1221.


What is the fastest way to place multi-line orders?


Our upload tool allows orders of any size to be placed in your cart by simply uploading a spreadsheet. 

This tool is quick and easy to use and saves plenty of time. Your items can be viewed, edited or deleted before you order.


What is your returns policy?


Orders can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, as long as the goods are in perfect condition with intact packaging. Orders will be subject to inspection upon return. 

To arrange a return, please get in touch via email or phone. We will respond as quickly as possible via email, advising on how to proceed.

Do you work to specific quality standards?


Zygology and its supply partners work to exacting quality standards. Industries will look for different documents and standards, so we've published each of our quality standards on our website.

Do you have an environmental policy?


At Zygology, we recognise that we have a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We encourage customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to do the same.

Can you service or repair tools?


Yes, our team can repair or service Avdel, Stanley and Qonnect branded tools. 

Our service engineers are fully trained and provide a consistent high standard of workmanship. With our comprehensive stock of spares enables us to service and repair all current Stanley and Qonnect air and battery tools quickly and expertly.

Can I hire tools from Zygology?


Yes, our range of air and battery-powered tools is available for hire, with short-term and long-term services available, suited to your requirements.

Our team have combined decades of experience and expertise in fastening and assembly solutions. 

We offer far more than just product supply. We can help you identify the most cost-effective, suitable solution for your specific application. We can also provide samples and help you find alternatives to discontinued or hard-to-locate products.
