How can I pay for goods

At Zygology we try to make dealing with us as easy as possible. We accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of American Express or PayPal. For customers who prefer we offer credit accounts.  We normally try to process applications and open credit accounts within 24 hours although this can take a little longer on occasions.

How soon can I expect my order?

We aim to pack and despatch all ex-stock orders placed before 3:00pm on the same day. Those orders placed after 3:00pm that miss our collection on the day will be sent on the next working day. All customer orders are sent via UPS and will normally be delivered to most UK locations on the next working day. Certain Post Codes in Scotland and off the mainland can take an extra day to arrive.  

What are your delivery charges?

Orders are sent on a UPS next day courier service. 
Our standard UK charges are:
  1. £6.00 for orders under £25.00 
  2. £12.50 for orders over £25.00 and under £60.00
  3. Free carriage for orders over £60.00
Timed, weekend and overseas deliveries are also available, but subject to special quotation
Deliveries to certain outlying and off shore postcodes may take a little longer to arrive

Can I visit or collect goods

We have a trade counter which is generally open during our standard opening hours if you want to collect goods.
If you would like to visit us to discuss an application or show us a sample etc we are happy to assist with this, however please call in advance so that we can ensure that we have somebody available to assist you. 

What is the quickest way to place multi line orders?

Our upload tool allows orders of any size to be placed in your shopping cart by simply uploading a spreadsheet. This tool is quick and easy to use and saves much time compared to entering each line item individually. Your items can be viewed, edited or deleted  as you wish before you commit to ordering them. What is your returns policy

Orders can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, the goods must be in perfect condition, the packaging should be intact and will be subject to inspection upon return. 
To arrange a return please contact  us either by email or phone.  We will respond as quickly as possible via email advising details on how to proceed. 
There are some instances where items cannot be returned such as if they have been made to order - see our terms and conditions for full details.
